White Strawberry Summer Sangria (Kims Signature Cocktail)

To make the White Strawberry Summer Sangria you will need:

1.5 liter of honey wine (sauvignon blanc or any other white wine is okay to use)

1 liter club soda

1 cup of pink lemonade

½ cup strawberry honey simple syrup

2 cups strawberries sliced

1 pint fresh raspberries gently rinsed

1 lemon washed and sliced for garnish

To prepare and make the White Strawberry Summer Sangria:

1. Whisk together lemonade and simple syrup.

2. Add wine to lemonade and syrup mixture and stir gently.

3. Add strawberries and raspberries to the liquid mixture and let meld together for at least 10 minutes.

4. Just before serving add club soda and ice.

5. Garnish with lemons and strawberries.
